Graduation Celebration 2020
It is clearly a year and a convocation like no other - for everyone involved. We often say at convocation that one of the important elements of university is to instill a culture - and the skills to support - life-long learning. This year, this has been put to an early test for both our faculty and students with the sudden cessation of in-person teaching and the completion of the year using on-line tools. Your ability to successfully navigate this transition is a first step in demonstrating you have what it takes to succeed.
Over the years, one of the enduring memories of time spent at Western is a class composite of the graduates. We thought we would take the opportunity to continue this tradition by creating a unique composite where students could show themselves in their new study environments where they completed their academic year - or - their surroundings at the time of convocation.
