Intent to Register (ITR) for Fall/Winter 2025/2026

Priority Enrolment Period
- Year 1: Monday June 23 to Friday June 27
- Athletes Year 2 - 4: Thursday July 3
- Year 4: Monday July 7 to Friday July 11
- Year 3: Monday July 14 to Friday July 18
- Year 2: Monday July 21 to Friday July 25
Adjustment Enrollment Period
- Priority Change Date #1: Wednesday July 30 Effective 12:00AM, access to course registration in Student Center will be temporarily closed.
- Course Registration Resumes: Thursday July 31 Access to course registration resumes by start of business day and continues until 11:59PM on Tuesday August 5.
- Priority Change Date #2: Wednesday August 6 Effective 12:00AM access to course registration in Student Center will be temporarily closed.
General Enrollment Period
- Course Registration Resumes: Thursday August 7 Access to course registration resumes by start of business day.
Reminders
- Enrollment appointments will be randomly assigned across each five-day period.
- Course registration will be temporarily closed on the two priority change dates. Access to course registration will resume by the start of the next business day (students can expect to have access sometime prior to 9am).
- Students will not receive a new enrollment appointment for each period. Their first enrollment appointment will carry through until the last day to drop without academic penalty.

Winter 2025 Important Dates
- Monday January 6: Classes resume
- Tuesday January 14: Last day to add a second term half course
- Monday February 17: Family Day
- February 17-23: Spring Reading Week
- Monday March 31: Last day to drop a second term course without academic penalty (Withdrawn). Courses dropped from January 14 to March 30 will appear on transcripts with a WDN grade
- Friday April 4: Classes end
- April 5 and 6: Study days
- April 7-30: Examination period
